The invention relates to medicine, in particular to radiation oncology and can be used for radiation therapy of malignant neoplasms of patients having different localisation of cancers.The inventive method consists in applying a radioprojector, which is embodied in the form of a Tisol gel preparation, to irradiated tissues. Said preparation is applied immediately before and after each radiation treatment during the total radiation course.Said method makes it possible to significantly reduce the frequency of radioreactions during a radiation therapy.
