POLYMER POLYOL, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND FLEXIBLE URETHANE FOAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam having good initial heat fusing properties and a good foamed state of foam in methylene chloride foaming, to provide a polymer polyol affording the flexible polyurethane foam and to provide a method for producing the polymer polyol. SOLUTION: The method for producing the polymer polyol comprises polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (M) in the presence of a specific amount of a stabilizer (B) and a specified amount of a chain transfer agent (C) in a polyol (A). In the method, a compound which is a reaction product of a polyol (b1) having 10-190 mg KOH/g hydroxyl value with an isocyanate compound (b2) and a compound (b3) having a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated bond and a hydroxy group and has≥1.5 average number of hydroxy groups per molecule is used as the stabilizer (B).
