PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera equipped with a cursor key whose operability is not lowered even when it is installed on the side surface of a camera main body. SOLUTION: The trailing end of an operation lever 44 is an attaching part 66 attached to the camera main body 12, the leading end thereof is an operation part 64 operated by a user, and the operation lever 44 is bent at a right angle along the side surface of the camera main body 12 from the attaching part 66 to the operation part 64. By operating the operation part 64 right and left on a plane nearly parallel with the back surface of the camera main body 12, the operation lever 44 is turned centering around a shaft 56. By operating the operation part 64 up and down on the plane nearly parallel with the back surface of the camera main body 12, the operation lever 44 is turned together with the shaft 56 and a base 42.
