PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control system for a power unit which can supply a load with energy uninterruptedly. SOLUTION: The power unit is equipped with a plurality of storage batteries, and cuts the storage battery off from a circuit when the residual quantity of the energy of the storage battery for supplying the load with energy becomes small, and connects the storage battery where the residual quantity of energy is large to the circuit, and indicates and informs the user that the storage battery is switched, thereby performing connection to a charge circuit for charging the storage battery where the residual quantity of energy becomes small and the replacement of the storage battery.
