PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste liquid removal structure preventing the waste liquid deposited in a tank from closing a tube opening which guides the waste liquid into the waste liquid tank, and a liquid ejection device equipped with the waste liquid removal structure. SOLUTION: In the waste liquid tank of the waste liquid removal structure wherein the tube 11 guiding the waste liquid is arranged with the opening 12 at a prescribed height, a belt type conveyor 21 is horizontally arranged so as to remove the waste liquid 25 dried and deposited at the lower part of the tube opening 12, furthermore a scraper 24 is erected at the bottom of the waste liquid tank.
