PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve a structure of the optical output part of an OLED device. SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting diode device is provided with a substrate, a DBR stack formed on the substrate, an anode layer formed on the DBR stack, and a flattened layer formed on the anode layer. The anode layer is modified by forming a lens-system structure out of contact with the DBR stack, the flattened layer has the lens-system structure filled in, and forms a uniform and flat surface for depositing other layers over it.
