The rotational ball joint comprises an outer section (14) with an inner annular hollow face for the axial fixing of an inner section (16) which engages in the hollow face by an outer spherical centering face. Circumferentially distributed longitudinally extending ball tracks (13) with a constant cross section are formed in the outer section for the balls (12). Circumferentially distributed recesses (15) axially bounded by ball stop faces are formed in the inner section for the balls.
