<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can hold printing data in a nonvolatile memory means when a received number of prints is larger than a predetermined value established beforehand, and is easy to additionally print the printing data. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a means to store received data in a nonvolatile memory means, and at the same time, to determine whether the received number of printing is larger than a threshold value for determination of storing data established beforehand or not; a means which receives the data, prints the received printing data for the number of printing, and at the same time, erases the printing data stored in the memory means, if the received number of printing is less than the threshold number for determination of storing data established beforehand; and a means which receives the data, prints the received data for the number of prints, and at the same time, stores the printing data in the memory means, if the received number of printing is larger than the threshold number for storing data established beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
