<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system for ensuring secure print even for an inexpensive apparatus having no IC card reader in a secure print system using an IC card for personal authentication. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system where an image forming apparatus shared by a plurality of persons and an information processor for controlling the image forming apparatus are connected through a network, comprises a means for receiving unique identification information of a user from a recording medium for storing unique identification information of the user, a means for transmitting the unique identification information of the user along with confidentiality output information, a means for receiving the confidentiality output information and the unique identification information of the user, a means for storing the confidentiality output information and the unique identification information of the user, a means for recognizing the confidentiality output information and the unique identification information of the user, and a means for decrypting the confidentiality output information based on the unique identification information of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
