<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying mechanism capable of detecting even a skew of a sheet, by absorbing a speed difference in a fixing speed or a transfer speed, and a fixing device and an image forming device having this mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing intrusion guide 22 guides the sheet 6 to a fixing nip part N2, and is arranged so as to become an upward gradient in the sheet carrying direction, and a step height (d) is arranged between a carrying surface 8a and a guide surface 22a. A looseness forming part 23 for forming predetermined looseness in the sheet 6, is formed by this step height (d). The looseness forming part 23 is set in the size capable of adding and forming the looseness of the sheet 6 even if the transfer speed becomes faster by a predetermined quantity than the fixing speed, without eliminating the looseness of the sheet 6 even if the fixing speed becomes faster by the predetermined quantity than the transfer speed, by adjusting an inclination and the step height (d) of the fixing intrusion guide 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
