<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed food intended for fully demonstrating amino acid effect of Moromi (fermented mixture of rice, water, koji and yeast) components produced in a process of producing millet brandy. <P>SOLUTION: This processed food is obtained by drying fruits such as Citrus depressa Hayata, pulverizing the product followed by addition and processing the product to granules and a granular state so as to make amino acid as the main component of Moromi effectively act. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
