PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed vibration control device with a resin bracket having reduced manufacturing cost by using a mold in common for forming the resin bracket. SOLUTION: The liquid sealed vibration control device 10 with the resin bracket comprises a mounting bracket 12, the resin bracket 14, a cylindrical fitting 16, a body rubber part 18 for elastically connecting the mounting bracket 12 to the resin bracket 14, a cover 22 having a diaphragm 20, a partition member 28 for partitioning a liquid chamber into a first liquid chamber 24 and a second liquid chamber 26, and an orifice passage 30 for communicating them with each other. The resin bracket 14 is formed integrally with an integrated vulcanized product of the cover 22 and the cylindrical fitting 16 to form a preliminary assembly 44. The body rubber 18, a mount body 42 consisting of an integrated vulcanized product of the mounting bracket 12, and the preliminary assembly 44 are caulked and assembled together.
