PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit bearing capable of improving sealing property of a sealing device without changing cross sectional area of the sealing device and avoiding increase of the number of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The sealing device 12b of the hub unit bearing O has a first slinger 16 fixed to an inner ring 5, a second slinger 17 fixed to an outer ring 1, a first sealing part 18 fixed to the first slinger 16 and coming into slide-contact with the second slinger 17, and a second sealing part 19 fixed to the second slinger 17 and coming into slide-contact with the first slinger 16. A magnetic encoder 20 is fixed to the first slinger 16, and the magnetic encoder 20 and the first sealing part 18 are bonded and fixed on the first slinger 16 by the same adhesive.
