PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window sash which can present a neat appearance while suppressing an increase in cost, and which can prevent intrusion of rainwater etc. SOLUTION: This window sash 1 is equipped with an upper window 10 with a head jamb 11 and right and left upper-window-side jambs 12, and a lower window 20 with a sill 21 and right and left lower-window-side jambs 22. The upper window 10 and the lower window 20 are arranged in such a manner that lower ends of the jambs 12 butt against upper ends of the jambs 22 on the right and left sides, respectively. A transom member 30 is laid between parts A where the jambs 12 butt against the jambs 22. An upper window part 32 serving as a sill of the upper window 10 is formed on the upside of the transom member 30, and a lower window part 33 serving as a head jamb of the lower window 20 is formed on the downside of the transom member 30.
