PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosetting type resin composition excellent in a fine shape-transferring property and environmental resistance and a diffraction type light-collecting film using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The photosetting type resin composition comprises (A) an urethane oligomer containing a hydroxy group-containing methylene glycol-based compound, a caprolactone-modified (meth)acrylate compound and a diisocyanate compound having two isocyanate groups in one molecule and formulated so that equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) of the isocyanate group to hydroxy group in the hydroxyl group-containing methylene glycol-based compound and the caprolactone-modified (meth)acrylate compound becomes 0.8-1.2, (B) a bifunctional monomer, (C) a photoinitiator and (D) a phenolic antioxidant.
