PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for mounting an installation member having a rib onto a counter member. SOLUTION: This clip 1 is composed of a gripper part 2 to hold the installation member, and a fixture part 3 to be fixed on the counter member. The gripper part 2 is provided with hard walls 5 and elastic holding pieces 6 for holding rib parts of the installation member. It takes a normal position to keep space for receiving the rib parts to the walls 5 when external force is not added to the holding pieces 6, and a holding position to hold the rib parts in the space to the rib parts as the external force is added. The fixture part 3 includes lock pawls 23 fixed to a stud of the counter member, and an abutment part 25 extended toward a guide 10 in the gripper part 2 to flex the holding pieces 6 to the holding position.
