PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal sheet excellent in both of scratch resistance and raindrop contamination resistance. SOLUTION: The coated metal sheet is constituted by providing a coating film, wherein a film containing 1-40 mass% of a plant fiber becomes the uppermost layer, at least on one side of a substrate metal sheet and the diameter of the plant fiber is 80% or below of the thickness of the film and the length of the plant fiber is 100 times or below the thickness of the film. The plant fiber preferably comprises at least one kind of a fiber selected from the group consisting of a bast fiber, a vein fiber, a fruit fiber and a seed hair fiber. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
