PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing board and a dressing method capable of correcting the outer circumference of a cutting blade and dressing the cutting blade without replacing the dressing board. SOLUTION: The dressing board trues up the cutting blade formed in a circular shape by bonding abrasive grains with a bonding agent.
