PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die with which the preparation of the control data of a machine tool by CAM is facilitated and working efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: The die has a base part 10 to be a main body, a plurality of spacers 20 which are provided so as to be projected from the base part 10, parts 30 which are attached to the base part 10 through the plurality of spacers 20 so as to be supported in a plurality of places, and a plurality of bolts 40 which are inserted into the base part 10, the spacers 20 and the parts 30 and with which the three are fixed mutually.
