PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of washing products by which products having no contamination by viable organism are efficiently and inexpensively washed, without using a large amount of refined pure water, instead by circulating pure water and sterilizing the pure water by high frequency at an appropriate temperature by heating or cooling. SOLUTION: The washing method for washing products at a prescribed temperature by circulating pure water used for washing the products and heating or cooling the circulated pure water is characterized in that the circulated pure water is sterilized by high frequency and used.
