PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible tube having an excellent chemical resistance to oxidizing type disinfectants. SOLUTION: This flexible tube 28 has tubular internal structural members 30 and 32, a shell 34 which covers the internal structural members 30 and 32, and a top coat layer 38 which covers the shell 34. The shell 34 has a plasma treated layer 36 for which a reactive group is made to project by irradiating the external surface with a plasma.
