A dispensing opening is connected to a dispensing unit to enable access of user to an article dispensed by the dispensing unit. A central control unit is connected to a control panel and activates a pushing unit based on the information received from the control panel and stops the activation of the pushing unit when a detection signal from a detector is received. An independent claim is included for a device assembly.
