One (10) of the two bearing components (7, 10) accepts a resilient O-ring (14) in an annular groove. This projects radially from the bearing component, relative to the axis of pivoting (A), toward the other bearing component (7). When mounted, the outer diameter of the O-ring exceeds both that of the second bearing component (10) and the inner diameter of the first bearing component (7), however it is smaller than the outer diameter of the second bearing component. The inner diameter of the O-ring is less than the inner diameter of the first bearing component.
