<p>An inkjet recording device capable of highly fine image recording. The inkjet recording device has a recording head (8) in which an ink discharge opening (9) for discharging a photo-curing ink to a recording medium (P) is formed in a conveyance direction (X); an ultraviolet irradiation section (10) having an ultraviolet source (12) for irradiating the discharged ink with light; a movement means (7) for reciprocating the recording head (8) and the ultraviolet irradiation device (10) in a main scan direction; a conveyance means (3) for intermittently conveying the recording medium (P) in the conveyance direction (X); and a control section (16) for controlling the ultraviolet irradiation device (10) when image recording is performed by causing the recording head (8) to perform reciprocating scans for n times to discharge ink that is necessary to form one band, the ultraviolet irradiation device (10) being controlled so that, for ink that is discharged from the first scan to the (n-1)-th scan, ultraviolet irradiation is made in each of the scans, and for ink discharged at the n-th scan, ultraviolet irradiation is made in a scan including and after the (n+1)-th scan.</p> |
