PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce air resistance of a car body when there is no side wind available, and improve the traveling stability of a vehicle when there is a side wind. SOLUTION: A right and a left front pillar opening parts 30 and 32 and a right and a left rear pillar opening parts 70 and 72 are respectively closed with movable covers 34 and 74. A control circuit 50 selectively opens the right and the left front pillar opening parts 30 and 32 and the right and the left rear pillar opening parts 70 and 72 that are closed with the movable covers 34 and 74 depending on the direction of the wind in case where car speed is set speed or more, and as the speed of the side wind is set wind speed or over.
