PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a movement speed of a movable body from an original position to an intermediate position and a movement speed from the intermediate position to an operation position in a wide range respectively and to set speed difference of the movement speed in a wide range when the movable body is moved from the original position to the operation position. SOLUTION: In a lid opening/closing mechanism, when a lid body is turned from a closed position to a release position side by urging force, rotation force of the lid body is transmitted to a first pinion 66 interlocked with the turning action and the first pinion 66 and a first rotor 76 are integrated and rotated in a normal rotation direction. At this time, since first resistance force received from a viscous fluid L by the first rotor 76 is applied to the lid body, turning speed of the lid body is reduced. When the lid body is subsequently turned to the intermediate position, the rotation force of the lid body is transmitted to a second pinion 70 and the second pinion 70 and a second rotor 78 are integrated and rotated in a reverse rotation direction. Thereby, since second resistance force received from the viscous fluid L by the second rotor 78 in addition to the first resistance force received from the viscous fluid L by the first rotor 76 is applied to the lid body 24, the turning speed of the lid body is further reduced.
