PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for a working machine with a simple constitution capable of being manufactured at low cost, efficiently feeding air-conditioned air to an operator in a cab of the working machine and being post-attached. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner provided on the working machine, an arm rest 1 is provided with a first air-conditioning air-blowing passage 5 at the inside and is provided with a blowing port 10 communicated with the first air-conditioning air-blowing passage 5 on a surface part. A first air-conditioning duct 4a extended from an air conditioner body 3 provided on a seat 2 rear part provided with the arm rest 1 is connected to the first air-conditioning air-blowing passage 5.
