PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a compact structure for protecting a breather pipe housed in a rear wheel house from the deformation of the rear wheel house at the time of rear collision. SOLUTION: A recessed pipe receiving part 6b facing a vehicle outside plate is formed in a cabin side plate 6 forming the rear wheel house, and a reinforcement member 8 is fixed to the inner surface of the pipe housing part along the inner surface to form a closed section by the reinforcement member and the cabin side plate as viewed from the longitudinal direction of the vehicle so as to increase the buckling strength of the vehicle against the rear collision. Since the cross sectional area of the closed section is formed to be smaller toward the front of the vehicle, the space of the reinforcement member on the front side of the vehicle gets small while securing rigidity on the rear side of the vehicle in rear collision.
