ABSORBENT ARTICLE HAVING REMOVABLE COMPONENTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which can remove or replace an absorbent core element without discarding the absorbent article from a wearer. SOLUTION: An absorbent article is for obtaining a body fluid from a wearer. The article has a perimeter which defines its external perimeter. A top sheet and a backsheet which is fixed on the topsheet on the perimeter are included. The absorbent article has at least one removable absorbent core element which is arranged between the topsheet and the backsheet. The topsheet and the backsheet form an opening in a surrounding predetermined area and are separated mutually. Also, they can be sealed again.
