PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetics display implement improving efficiency of a space between shelves, expanding a tester request and a POP (point-of-purchase) request and capable of sufficiently providing an anti-theft effect. SOLUTION: The cosmetics display implement comprises a implement body base, a housing body part drawablely housed in the base and an engaging device for retaining the housing body part so as to be housed in the base, wherein the implement is provided with a drive part of which one end is attached to the base and the other end is attached to the bottom of the housing body part and consisting of a resilient material and a brake part to control drawing speed of the housing body part by the drive part.
