PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manageable phimosis correcting equipment for keeping a glans penis to be exposed by forcing a redundant preputium mainly of false phimosis to recede near the root of the penis. SOLUTION: As the first step, a brief 1 with an appearance approximately same as that of general commodities is equipped with an attachable and detachable small puller, so that the brief 1 can be routinely managed, and a user just has to manage the small puller with good usability. As the second step, pressure and pulling force can be adjusted to each user by providing a half ring 2 of which the diameter is adjustable and a pulling rubber 3 thereto, thus generating the best condition and ensuring pulling.
