PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom mist device with a sterilization function capable of preventing the reproduction of bacteria such as legionella bacteria, and a bathroom heating and ventilating device with a mist function incorporating the device. SOLUTION: In the bathroom mist device constituted of a mist water jetting nozzle 134 for jetting hot water in a mist shape, mist water supply piping 135 for supplying the hot water to the mist water jetting nozzle 134 and a mist water heat exchanger 136 for heating water to be supplied to the mist water jetting nozzle 134, a heater 138 for sterilization and a temperature sensor 139 for heating staying water staying between the mist water heat exchanger 136 and the mist water jetting nozzle 134 are provided and the staying water is periodically heated.
