PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize delivery system, a prize exchanger and a program which enable the smooth operation of exchanging the prizes so as to allow the selection of the prizes to be exchanged from among those of highly varied kinds within the game parlor involved while improving the operation rate of the game parlor. SOLUTION: A card unit as the prize exchanger is installed by matching with a pachinko game machine involved. The prizes are designated beforehand at the SA05 and then, the shop handing the prizes is designated at the SA11. The reservation information is generated from the designations at the SA16a and transmitted to the center and the finally determined shop.
