PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice candy producing device enabling a buyer to enjoy making ice candy through taking in the factor of play like a toy. SOLUTION: This ice candy producing device has a rolling body V having in the inside a holding space S formed with attachable and detachable two outer part forming parts 1a and 1b. The holding space S is composed of an inner space P and an outer space Q arranged so as to surround the inner space P. A regenerating agent 22 is enclosed in a sealed condition in the outer space Q, and the inner space P has an opening port R to the outside of the rolling body V in a blockable manner so as to hold an ice candy material 21.
