PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated iron core and a manufacturing method therefor capable of attaining high caulking rigidity, excellent in shape, and high in quality by caulking and laminating iron core pieces without gaps. SOLUTION: In this laminated iron core 1, a cut-down projection 4ka of a cross caulking portion 4k of the iron core piece 1h1 on one side is fitted into a vent hole 4gb in a reverse cross caulking portion 4g of the iron core piece 1h2 on the other side, and a cut-down projection 4ga of the reverse cross caulking portion 4g of the iron core piece 1h2 on the other side is fitted in a vent hole 4kb of the cross caulking portion 4k of the iron core piece 1h1 on the one side to be caulked and laminated with each other, and to be formed by alternately laminating the iron core piece 1h1 on the one side and the iron core piece 1h2 on the other side.
