The invention concerns an installation for producing hydrogen synthetic gas comprising a gasification reactor (101) with descending bed of beads fed with coke beads (Bc) and heated metal beads (Bmc). The stream of beads is descending. The gasifying zone (104) is supplied in coke beads by a duct (106) descending to the median portion (105) of the reactor from a furnace (103) which supplies coke beads at a temperature not less than a tar or hydrocarbon cracking temperature. The gasifying gas stream produced in the gasifying zone (104) rises through the duct (106) counter-current to the coke beads, enabling it to be brought to a tar or hydrocarbon cracking temperature, then in an upper portion (107) of the duct. The cracking gases (Cg) thus produced are extracted in said zone. They are conditioned by an appropriate device (200), capable of supplying hydrogen or a syngas. The coke beads consist advantageously of pyrolysis cokes produced in situ or on another site.
|
