Atomizer structure has fluid inlet with many spray holes (13) and one flow channel for the inlet of the fluid to the injection openings. Flow channel runs partially opened and spray holes are covered with material bridges. The spray holes are formed in slit-shape. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Production method for an atomizer structure; and (B) Production method for three dimensional structure.
