The high frequency energy device comprises a generator (10) for generating high frequency voltage, a first union (171, 172, 173) for joining a number of first electrodes (181, 182) that feed the high frequency voltage~s corresponding high frequency current to different parts if the skin (20). There is a second electrode (22) for channelling off the high frequency current from the skin. There is a switch system (16) linked to the first electrodes for alternating components of the high frequency voltage such that different parts of the skin is subjected to quasi-stimulation of coagulation and/or cutting. The high frequency voltage may be in the form of high frequency pulses, whilst the switch system may be controllable via a controller (24).
