The eyeglass has a frame (1) that includes two openings (12, 14) and two glasses (16, 18) that are inserted into the openings. One of the openings is red violet or blue-violet colored. The glasses has permeability areas that lies in a spectral range of chlorophyll fluorescence between 650 to 800 nanometers and permeability edges that lies in a shorted wave range of 310 to 600 nanometers.
