Scissor-tongs for inserting and exchanging night-lights and candles, has scissor grips angled to one another for application of gripper-jaws

The scissor tongs type A1 and A2 when compared with earlier models used for positioning night-lights, candles etc, via the 90 degree angled scissor grip and 20 cm long scissor arms, can now be safely inserted into low and narrow openings with their gripper-jaws, not possible with the conventional 'candle-setters'. An independent claim is included for scissor-tongs type B.
