MAINTENANCE OBJECT APPARATUS SPECIFYING SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily specifying a maintenance object apparatus even in a service center separated from the installation place of the maintenance object apparatus.

SOLUTION: The maintenance object apparatus specifying system comprises a micro report device 11 that is attached to the maintenance object apparatus 31 and issues report information with micro-electric wave, radio relay management devices 12 and 14 for receiving the report information from the micro report device 11 and issuing relay information, and a device 21 for the service center for receiving the relay information from the radio relay management devices 12 and 14. The maintenance object apparatus specifying system can specify the maintained apparatus based on the report information from the micro report device 11. The micro reporting device 11 has a small button for issuing the report information by pressing. On receiving an inquiry from the radio relay management devices 12 and 14, the micro report device 11 returns the report information.
