PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink container holder which curtails the number of component items on the ink container holder side to be connected with an ink container with the help of an ink supply pipe to be inserted into the ink container, and also cuts a cost by mitigating a required component working precision and a required assembly precision, and also to provide an inkjet recording head. SOLUTION: Protrusions H1501 and H1502 slidably coming into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the ink supply pipe H1700, are formed on the inner peripheral surface of a rubber stopper H1500. When the rubber stopper H1500 is moved to the tip side of the ink supply pipe H1700, a closed space where a supply aperture H1701 of the ink supply pipe H1700 is positioned, is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the ink supply pipe H1700 and the inner peripheral surface of the rubber stopper H1500.
