PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a vehicle-mounted battery with an external power supply in safety. SOLUTION: Under normal state, the connector of a PCU is connected with the power cable of an air conditioner. When a battery is charged, the connector of the PCU is connected with a charger which is connected with an external power supply. An HV-ECU executes a program comprising a step (S200) for detecting the voltage level of power being supplied to the air conditioner when an ignition switch is turned on (YES at S100), a step (S400) for outputting an ON command signal to an SMR by determining that a vehicle is in normal state when applied with a high voltage (YES at S300), a step (S500) for outputting a command signal for lighting a READY-ON indication lamp, and a step (S600) for outputting a command signal for indicating under wiring connection of CHARGER on a navigation screen when the air conditioner is not applied with high voltage (No at 300).
