PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which change a user's main mail address into a substitute mail address and transmits mail to a mail address of a partner of a destination by extracting a corresponding substitute mail address from the user's main mail address and the mail address of the partner of the destination, contained in E-mail transmitted from a user terminal. SOLUTION: The system is composed of a server system which is accessed from the user terminal, the server system is equipped with a mail box for every substitute mail address, a mail address correspondence table corresponding the user's main mail address, the mail address of the partner of the destination and the substitute mail address one to one and a program for generating the substitute mail address, issuing them to the user, converting the main mail address of the user of the E-mail transmitted from the user terminal into the substitute mail address and transmitting the mail to the destination.
