PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new content supply method with respect to the content supply method which uses especially a mobile communication network. SOLUTION: The content supply method uses a location determination system by a communication network. The location determination system locates a region where a mobile body terminal exists by using signal transmitted from the mobile body terminal of a content user. Information about the region is transmitted to a program saved at a server 4 possessed by a contents provider. In the system wherein a program transmits information about the region to a registered user of a program, charge processing is carried out according to the following procedures. (1) A content provider makes a contract of two or more mobile body terminals collectively between careers of a terminal. (2) A content user purchases a contracted terminal. (3) When a content user purchases a terminal, the user registers into content provider 5 a peculiar number of a terminal, and an identification number of a registered user who is a candidate for fee collection. (4) A contents user will charge a charging means which has the identification number of a registered user, if this terminal is used. By this way, since contents are only displayed on the display of the terminal, the contents of the content which can be offered are restricted.
