PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours by adopting a multiple-piece production system, thereby attaining quality stabilization. SOLUTION: In a micro speaker 1 made by two-piece production system, a magnetic circuit 7 is fixed to a frame 2 comprising a printed-circuit board. The magnetic circuit 7 is formed by inserting a magnet 5 and a top plate 6 into a central axis 4a of a dish-shaped yoke 4 to apply caulking to the both. A diaphragm 8 is made from a resin molded component, and the peripheral edge of the diaphragm 8 is sandwiched by a protector 3 for serving as a frame member for protecting the frame 2 and the diaphragm 8 to be fixed. A coil end (not shown) is soldered to the external connection terminal 2a of the frame 2. Adhesive sheets 1, 10 comprising a double-stick tape bond the diaphragm 8 and the frame 2 together, while adhesive sheets 2, 11 bond the diaphragm 8 and the protector 3 together.
