PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost aluminum fitting combined vibration absorber which is lighter but highly strong and rigid and sufficiently adaptable to layout requirements. SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy extruded section B is cut in inclination to the direction of its extrusion to form two inclined brackets 2, 2. Rubber bushes 3, 4 are fitted into round holes 21, 22 formed in both ends of the inclined brackets 2, 2, respectively. They are combined therewith to form a torque rod 1 as the aluminum fitting combined vibration absorber. Two inclined brackets 2, 2 can be used which are different in inclined condition, and a bracket 6 can be used together with the inclined brackets 2, which is formed by cutting the section B in a plane perpendicular to the direction of its extrusion. Bending work can be applied to the bracket 2 after cut out of the section B, and the cutting direction of the section B to be in a bent shape can be changed on the way. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
