摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which prevents the fraudulent alteration of the set values. SOLUTION: The frequency of the games carried out is counted with a loop counter. In the alteration of the setting, the counts of the loop counter are set to match the prescribed value and then, the operations are conducted in the sequence of turning off the power source switch, turning on the key switch and turning on the power switch. As a result, a pachinko game machine shifts to the set mode from the game mode to make the alteration of the set values ready. If the operations as mentioned above are conducted when the counts are not set to match the prescribed value, the shift to the set mode from the game mode is forbidden. So, the shift to the set mode from the game mode is rejected and a warning sound is outputted from a speaker. Without the prescribed value as known beforehand, the player fails to alter the setting.
