The wall module is assembled from a number of wall modules (1) which abut with sealing action along adjacent side surfaces. The wall module has at least one anchoring device and at least one counter-device which are formed on opposed body sections of the wall element and are brought into engagement with a counter-device or anchoring device of an adjacent wall element for the individual bracing of the adjacent wall module. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a water-tight structure with a number of the aforesaid wall modules; and (2) a method for the manufacture of a water-tight structure.
