There is provided a motion history conversion device for converting a motion history accumulated in a device into a history which can be used in other device of different type. The motion history conversion device includes: a first map information accumulation unit (102) for accumulating first map information representing a map by using a first type of identifiers for identifying a geographical position; a first motion history accumulation unit (101) for accumulating a motion history expressed by identifiers contained in the first map information accumulated in the first map information accumulation unit (102); a first motion history conversion unit (103) for converting the identifiers contained in the motion history accumulated in the first motion history accumulation unit (101) into latitude/longitude information; a second map information accumulation unit (106) for accumulating the second map information expressing a map by using a second type of identifiers for identifying a geographical position; and a second motion history conversion unit (105) for converting the latitude/longitude information into the identifiers contained in the second map information accumulated in the second map information accumulation unit (106).
